Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Customer Engagement: Actively identify and contact potential customers online and through phone to generate sales leads and build a client base.
- Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of computer hardware, software, and peripherals to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present products, answer customer questions, explain technical details, and negotiate prices and terms to secure sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow profitable relationships with customers by providing excellent service, handling queries, and following up on leads and inquiries.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work independently or with a team to meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales goals and drive revenue for the company.
- Market & Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest technology trends, online marketing strategies, and competitor activities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is a minimum requirement, though degrees in business, marketing, or computer science can be beneficial.
- Communication & Customer Service: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively through various digital platforms and provide outstanding customer service.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic to strong knowledge of computers, software, and related IT terminology.
- Sales & Persuasion: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals.
- Organization & Self-Motivation: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and remain self-motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Digital Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with online sales tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms (like email, chat, and phone).
- Experience: Telesales, Client Service, Customer Service, Sales.
