Job Summary




  • We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Sales Representative (Client Engagement Officer) to join our team.

  • This person will play a key role in promoting IfeanHealth’s services, engaging clients, and building lasting relationships with individuals and organizations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and engage potential clients for IfeanHealth’s healthcare services.

  • Promote company offerings to individuals, hospitals, and corporate organizations.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

  • Conduct outreach campaigns, attend events, and follow up on leads.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

  • Prepare weekly reports on client engagement activities and outcomes.



Requirements




  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client relations (healthcare experience is an added advantage).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
