We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Sales Representative (Client Engagement Officer) to join our team.
This person will play a key role in promoting IfeanHealth’s services, engaging clients, and building lasting relationships with individuals and organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients for IfeanHealth’s healthcare services.
Promote company offerings to individuals, hospitals, and corporate organizations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Conduct outreach campaigns, attend events, and follow up on leads.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare weekly reports on client engagement activities and outcomes.
Requirements
HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client relations (healthcare experience is an added advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
