- Strivo Labs is looking for a Recruitment Executive with proven experience in a consulting or professional services environment to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Collaborate closely with team leads and management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across diverse roles.
- Utilize modern recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, etc.) and innovative methods to identify and engage candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate technical or culture-fit interviews.
- Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) and provide regular hiring reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement campaigns to position Strivo as an employer of choice.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a consulting or fast-paced service-oriented firm.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies across technical and non-technical roles.
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and close top talent across multiple departments.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools is a plus.
