We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Katsina.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s range of medical and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.
The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B medical sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets within the Katsina territory.
Identify and engage new clients, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, and medical distributors.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to execute promotional activities and product launches.
Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare equipment.
Strong understanding of the healthcare market and customer network in Katsina and nearby regions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
