Position Summary

• We are looking for a seasoned Driver with a proven track record of safety and professionalism.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of company staff, clients, and materials.


• A thorough knowledge of Lagos routes, traffic conditions, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry's operational demands are essential for this role.


• The candidate must reside in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and punctually transport company staff, clients, and executives to various locations, including property sites, meetings, and airports.


• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure the car is always in good working condition (e.g., check oil, water, brakes, tires).


• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and coordinate with authorized service centers for scheduled servicing and repairs.


• Ensure the company vehicle is always clean, presentable, and fueled.


• Plan routes and trips effectively to avoid traffic delays and ensure timely arrivals, utilizing knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic patterns.


• Assist with the delivery and pickup of important documents, packages, and marketing materials to and from properties, clients, and partners.


• Provide logistical support for property open houses and marketing events, including transporting signage and materials.


• Maintain a accurate and up-to-date logbook of all journeys, trips, and vehicle maintenance records.


• Adhere strictly to all company policies, Lagos State traffic laws, and road safety regulations at all times.


• Exhibit the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality when dealing with clients and company business.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Qualification: A minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), OND or its equivalent.


• Driving Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a corporate or executive driver.


• Industry Experience: Prior experience working as a driver within the real estate industry is a distinct advantage.


• Residency: Must currently reside in Lagos and possess an in-depth knowledge of Lagos roads, routes, and traffic systems.


• Licensing & Certification: A validDriver’s License is mandatory. A professional driver's certification from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.


• Clean Record: Must have a clean driving record with no history of major accidents or traffic violations.


• Personal Attributes: Punctual, reliable, well-groomed, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate a high level of integrity.
