Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
Provide legal guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
Manage and resolve employment litigation and disputes.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
Oversee internal investigations related to HR issues.
Develop and implement HR-related legal strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with the Human Resource Departmentand management on employee relations matters.
Draft and review employment contracts and other legal documents with keen focus on legal precision, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct training sessions on legal aspects of HR for staff members.
Oversee Drafting, Review, and Negotiations when necessary.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Law and must have been called to the Bar.
Must have at least 2 (two) years ofcombined experience in HR and legal roles.
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation.

Strong analytical and research skills.
Sound understanding of the HR functionand best practices.
