About the Role




  • We are a top-tier furniture manufacturing company, seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources and administrative operations.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing people management strategies that align with the company’s goals, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Implement and manage HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives.

  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing employees.

  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Design and deliver effective training and development programs.

  • Administer compensation and benefits in line with market standards.

  • Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and administrative team.

  • Support organizational development and foster a positive work culture.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

  • Master’s Degree and/or HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 10 years proven experience in HR management, preferably in a structured or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational growth.
