We are a top-tier furniture manufacturing company, seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing people management strategies that align with the company’s goals, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives.
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing employees.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
Design and deliver effective training and development programs.
Administer compensation and benefits in line with market standards.
Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and administrative team.
Support organizational development and foster a positive work culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Master’s Degree and/or HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years proven experience in HR management, preferably in a structured or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational growth.
