Responsibilities
Duties include (but not limited) to:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Generate sales leads
- Manage and initiate large amounts of incoming phone calls.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Setup a systematic, process-driven approach to managing TeleSales.
- Collaborate with other department managers including
- Sales and Operations
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years work experience.
Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
