Description

• We are seeking a COREN-certified Electrical Engineer with strong technical expertise in electrical design and implementation to join our project team.


• The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in electrical system design, installation, and supervision within construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and implement electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects.


• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, load calculations, and specifications in line with standards and regulations.


• Supervise electrical installation works to ensure compliance with approved designs and safety standards.


• Inspect, test, and commission completed electrical systems to ensure operational efficiency.


• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure proper integration of electrical components.


• Prepare bills of quantities (BoQ), cost estimates, and material lists for electrical works.


• Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.


• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality control standards.


• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.


• Provide technical support and guidance to site teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.


• COREN certification is mandatory.


• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical design and implementation.


• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Dialux, or Revit MEP.


• Sound understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
