We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Islamic Religious Studies (IRS) Teacher to join our academic team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching Islamic values, history, and ethics in ways that inspire students to live with integrity, discipline, and respect for others.
You will play a key role in helping learners understand the principles of Islam and apply them meaningfully in daily life.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Islamic Religious Studies in line with the approved curriculum.
Teach core concepts including the Qur’an, Hadith, Fiqh, Islamic history, and moral values.
Encourage critical thinking, reflection, and respectful discussions on Islamic teachings and contemporary issues.
Assess and record students’ academic progress through classwork, projects, and examinations.
Provide moral and spiritual guidance to students in alignment with Islamic principles.
Participate actively in staff meetings, school events, and professional development sessions.
Collaborate with other teachers to integrate moral and ethical values across the curriculum.
