Job Summary




  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to drive product sales and expand market presence within the Kano territory for a leading FMCG company.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, monitoring market trends, and ensuring effective product visibility across the assigned territory.



Key Responsibilities




  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned SKUs and product categories within the Kano territory.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure steady product supply and availability.

  • Execute territory sales plans and promotional activities to drive product visibility and sales growth.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

  • Track and report daily sales activities, stock levels, and customer feedback to management.

  • Support brand activation and merchandising initiatives within the territory.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation of sales transactions.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

  • 2–3 years experience in FMCG sales or territory management.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic sales reporting tools.

  • Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and familiar with the Kano market environment.
