We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
You will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and coordinating the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company revenue goals.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to improve performance and productivity.
Generate new leads, nurture client relationships, and convert prospects into paying customers.
Conduct site visitations with clients and ensure seamless property inspection experiences.
Coordinate with the marketing department to create sales campaigns and promotional offers.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Maintain an updated knowledge of property listings, pricing, and market trends.
Build and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Must be creative, proactive, tech-savvy, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
