Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team.

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.

  • You will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and coordinating the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company revenue goals.

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to improve performance and productivity.

  • Generate new leads, nurture client relationships, and convert prospects into paying customers.

  • Conduct site visitations with clients and ensure seamless property inspection experiences.

  • Coordinate with the marketing department to create sales campaigns and promotional offers.

  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.

  • Maintain an updated knowledge of property listings, pricing, and market trends.

  • Build and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, and industry stakeholders.



Requirements




  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or any related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

  • Must be creative, proactive, tech-savvy, and results-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
