Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated cook to join our kitchen and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards


• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel expectations


• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc qualification with basic knowledge in continental and intercontinetal dishes


• Previous experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment


• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety


• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
