Job Description

• The Point of Sales Solutions Software Developer performs the tasks necessary to develop and implement new Point of Sale solutions.


• This includes technical knowledge of POS hardware, configuration, and programming in order to develop and apply these solutions.


• In some cases, this position is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and implementing proof-of-concepts of new technologies to demonstrate viability and business value.

Responsibilities

• Document and test new software applications


• Assess new application ideas


• Develop applications (coding, programming)


• Interview beta testers

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in POS software development


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work in teams


• Initial knowledge of any of these: Java, C++, SDK, Android developer
