Responsibilities & Requirements :

• HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in sales or field marketing (experience in the lubricant sector is an advantage).


• Must reside in or around Festac and its environs.


• Proven leadership ability and strong knowledge of Lagos markets.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.


• Applicants should be between the age 30 - 40 years.

The Field Marketer will:

• Drive sales and enhance brand visibility across Lagos.


• Assist the Lagos Lubricant Manager with daily operations, field supervision, and strategy execution.


• Recruit, train, and manage a team Of freelance marketers.


• Identify, engage, and secure new distributors and retail partners.


• Plan and conduct field activations, promotional drives, and customer engagement activities.


• Prepare and submit weekly sales and performance reports.
