Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, revenue, and market expansion.


• Lead and supervise departmental heads to ensure alignment with business objectives.


• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.


• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.


• Drive collaboration across operations, sales, finance, HR, and creative teams.


• Analyze customer insights, sales data, and market trends to inform key decisions.


• Oversee internal systems, policies, and scalable operational processes.


• Represent the brand in external meetings, partnerships, and investor engagements.


• Maintain the brand’s creative identity across campaigns, visuals, and product design.


• Ensure seamless coordination between sales, production, and logistics teams.


• Track performance, fulfillment, and operational efficiency, preparing regular reports.


• Mentor and guide teams to enhance productivity, innovation, and accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).


• Minimum of 8–10 years’ progressive experience in operations leadership, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle sectors.


• Proven record of driving organizational growth and efficiency.


• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.


• Strong understanding of brand management, retail operations, and market trends.
