We are looking for a proactive and organized Bakery Operations Supervisor to oversee daily bakery activities, ensure smooth operations, and maintain high-quality standards across production, sales, and administration. The ideal candidate must possess strong administrative, reporting, and Microsoft skills, with excellent leadership and coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily bakery operations, including production, packaging, and dispatch.
Monitor product quality, hygiene, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods; ensure timely replenishment.
Track and report daily sales, production output, and wastage figures.
Prepare and submit periodic performance and operations reports to management.
Ensure staff discipline, punctuality, and compliance with company policies.
Support administrative functions such as documentation, filing, and staff scheduling.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
Enforce safety, cleanliness, and quality standards within the bakery.
Requirements:
OND/HND in Business Administration, Food Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bakery, food production, or operations supervision.
Strong administrative, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills are mandatory.
Excellent organizational and people management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Must be detail-oriented and results-driven.
Candidates residing in or close to Mushin will be given preference.
