Summary

• We're looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for experimentation and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.


• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising, and other emerging channels.


• Create compelling content tailored for different platforms.


• Manage and grow online communities, engaging with comments, messages, and trends.


• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize campaigns for ROI.


• Implement and optimize SEO strategies to boost organic visibility.


• Explore and leverage other growth channels like influencer, affiliate, and content and email marketing.


• Collaborate with designers, writers, and product teams to deliver marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in digital/growth marketing.


• Proven expertise in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, report, and refine marketing efforts.


• Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, or email campaigns.


• Ability to create and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).


• Excellent copywriting and messaging skills that turn features into user benefits.


• Self-motivated and able to work independently (remote/hybrid friendly).
