Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust corporate sales strategy aligned with company objectives to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, proposal development, negotiations, and closing.
- Track sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately; ensure timely reporting on sales performance and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through post-sales support and relationship management.
- Measure the effectiveness of all initiatives by reporting on key results against predefined objectives (KPIs) and conducting thorough cost-benefit analyses to assess the net impact of our activities.
- Collaborate decisively with internal teams, designers, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Identify, target, and acquire high-value corporate clients through direct sales efforts, partnerships, and strategic networking.
- Design PEP projects, train channel sales representatives (where applicable), monitor, and mentor ambassadors to promote a high-performance and sales culture for both parties.
- Organize customer visits, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Gather impactful customer feedback that will drive our marketing campaign in accordance with Ignite’s policy, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders (when necessary) to implement a customer-centric strategy that addresses the needs of our partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and drive campaign success.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and client meetings.
- Stay updated with trade activities and communicate emerging opportunities to the upline/organisation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5–8 years of progressive sales experience in corporate or B2B environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets
- Strong understanding of strategic selling, key account management, and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Salary
N800,000 / month.
