We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with expertise in compressor sales to join our team in Ikeja.
The ideal candidate will drive sales of compressors and related equipment, build strong client relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for compressor sales in Ikeja and surrounding areas.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight compressor features, benefits, and applications.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline using CRM tools.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Lagos as needed.
Proven experience in compressor sales or similar industrial equipment sales.
Strong knowledge of compressors, including types, applications, and technical specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
