Job Summary




  • Our client, a fast-growing Energy Solutions company, is urgently seeking a smart, hardworking, and result-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team in Ajah.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the renewable energy and power solutions sector.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the energy solutions market.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy or technical sector.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Must reside in or around Ajah.
