Our client, a fast-growing Energy Solutions company, is urgently seeking a smart, hardworking, and result-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team in Ajah.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the renewable energy and power solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the energy solutions market.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy or technical sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
