- We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Brand & Growth to lead our brand’s expansion, strengthen visibility, and drive user sign-ups and profitability.
- This individual will lead the team to develop and execute creative growth strategies that position Plug.ng as the go-to platform for easy digital payments and lifestyle convenience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Supervise the Team: Oversee and coordinate the social media officer, content creator,brand developer and other members of the team to ensure creative alignment and productivity.
- Brand Positioning & Strategy: Define and maintain Plug.ng’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual appeal across all platforms.
- Growth & Profitability: Develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer acquisition, user engagement, and revenue growth.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and manage partnerships with relevant brands, influencers, and communities to enhance visibility and trust.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Supervise SEO, email marketing, ad campaigns, and analytics to ensure measurable growth in app installs, active users, and conversions.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and recommend strategies for optimization.
- Content Direction: Approve creative concepts and ensure all published content aligns with Plug.ng’s voice and strategic goals.
- Customer Insights: Continuously research and analyze user behavior, trends, and market competitors to inform growth initiatives.
- Innovation: Continuously explore and test creative ways to plug users into our services and make Plug.ng top of mind in every home and business.
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- 3 - 5 years experience in brand management, growth marketing, or digital marketing leadership.
- Proven record of leading a team and executing campaigns that delivered measurable growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, content strategy, and user acquisition funnels.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and technology.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian fintech or digital services market is a plus.
