Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 per month

Overview:

Our Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled Bonding Machine Operator with 3–5 years of experience in foam or related manufacturing. The ideal candidate will operate bonding machines efficiently to produce high-quality foam materials while ensuring safety and consistency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor bonding machines for foam sheet lamination and joining.


• Set up machines and adjust temperature, pressure, and speed settings.


• Inspect bonded materials for strength, quality, and uniformity.


• Perform routine maintenance and ensure smooth machine operation.


• Keep accurate records of production output and report any defects or downtime.


• Adhere to all safety and quality control standards.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience as a bonding or laminating machine operator (preferably in foam or plastics).


• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing operations is an advantage.


• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.


• Ability to work independently and meet production targets.


• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
