• Eveloping and lending legal strategy to always protect the company from liabilities


• Reviewing and enforcing SOP


• Engaging regulators on behalf of the company 


• Preparation of agreements, letters, petition, legal opinion etc 


• Identifying and managing risks


• Representing the department in meeting within and outside the organization 


• Proving secretarial services to the organization 


• Provide supervisory oversight to junior lawyers in the department 


• Attendance of court cases, report on proceedings 


• Collaborate with HOD to enforce SOP for the department


• Practice experience is an additional advantage

Requirement

• Minimum education qualification: LLM


• Minimum years of experience: 15years


• Industry affiliation requirement: NBA, ICSAN
