Job Description :

An experienced Extruder Operator with 3–5 years’ experience in foam or plastics extrusion. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth machine operations, quality output, and safe production practices.



Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor extrusion machines for EPE foam production.


• Set up and adjust machine parameters for quality output.


• Inspect finished products to meet specifications.


• Troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues.


• Perform routine maintenance and keep production records.


• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience operating extrusion machines (EPE or plastic).


• Technical or vocational training in mechanical or production operations preferred.


• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work under minimal supervision and in shift rotations.
