About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to oversee and grow sales operations within the Western Region of Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and market development, with a deep understanding of the major markets across the region. The role requires flexibility, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving business growth in the thermowares and plastic product industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company targets and growth objectives.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across major western markets (e.g., Lagos, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Akure, Oshogbo, etc.).
- Coordinate and support sales representatives and distributors to ensure consistent product availability and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company sales policies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the region.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen product visibility.
- Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Willingness to relocate within the Western Region as business needs arise.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, plastic products, or thermoware industries.
- Strong knowledge of major markets and distribution channels within the Western Region of Nigeria.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be willing to travel and relocate within the region when required.
Added Advantage:
- Experience in selling thermoware, plastic household items, or related consumer goods.
- Familiarity with key distributors and retail networks in the West.
