This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lagos. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Daily tasks include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
The role also includes developing and implementing HR strategies to support business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus
Minimum of 5 Years Working experience.
Experience in recruitment(Security connection is an added advantage), employee relations, and performance management
Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies
Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be Tech-Savvy
Ability to work round the clock.
Should have experience and contacts in the security industry.
