Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lagos. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.


• Daily tasks include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.


• The role also includes developing and implementing HR strategies to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus


• Minimum of 5 Years Working experience.


• Experience in recruitment(Security connection is an added advantage), employee relations, and performance management


• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies


• Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Must be Tech-Savvy


• Ability to work round the clock.


• Should have experience and contacts in the security industry.
