Trucrete Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with at least 10 years of proven experience in the construction of roads and bridges. This role requires a proactive professional who can oversee project execution, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and drive successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all engineering aspects of road and bridge construction projects.
Oversee project progress and ensure alignment with technical specifications and design requirements.
Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and documentation.
Monitor resource utilization and ensure optimal project efficiency.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Conduct on-site inspections and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Support project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction of roads, bridges, and related civil infrastructure.
COREN certification is mandatory.
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in project management and design software will be an added advantage.
