About the Role

• Trucrete Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with at least 10 years of proven experience in the construction of roads and bridges. This role requires a proactive professional who can oversee project execution, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and drive successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all engineering aspects of road and bridge construction projects.


• Oversee project progress and ensure alignment with technical specifications and design requirements.


• Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and documentation.


• Monitor resource utilization and ensure optimal project efficiency.


• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.


• Conduct on-site inspections and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.


• Support project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.


• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction of roads, bridges, and related civil infrastructure.


• COREN certification is mandatory.


• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.


• Proficiency in project management and design software will be an added advantage.
