The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of all building systems and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC systems, technical maintenance, and facility operations, ensuring that all facilities are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are effectively implemented and documented.
Supervise contractors, technicians, and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
Monitor building systems (e.g., HVAC, generators, power systems, water supply, fire safety equipment) for optimal performance and compliance.
Lead troubleshooting and repair of HVAC and other technical systems as needed.
Develop and manage facility budgets, maintenance plans, and procurement of materials/spare parts.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and local regulations.
Oversee space management, office setup, and equipment installations.
Prepare and submit regular reports on facility status, energy usage, maintenance activities, and improvement plans.
Drive initiatives for energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth facility operations and minimal downtime.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in facility management, with strong exposure to HVAC systems and technical maintenance.
Proven hands-on experience managing HVAC equipment, chillers, air handling units, and related systems.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to emergencies.
