Job Summary




  • The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of all building systems and infrastructure.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC systems, technical maintenance, and facility operations, ensuring that all facilities are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulatory and company standards.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.

  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are effectively implemented and documented.

  • Supervise contractors, technicians, and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.

  • Monitor building systems (e.g., HVAC, generators, power systems, water supply, fire safety equipment) for optimal performance and compliance.

  • Lead troubleshooting and repair of HVAC and other technical systems as needed.

  • Develop and manage facility budgets, maintenance plans, and procurement of materials/spare parts.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and local regulations.

  • Oversee space management, office setup, and equipment installations.

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on facility status, energy usage, maintenance activities, and improvement plans.

  • Drive initiatives for energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth facility operations and minimal downtime.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in facility management, with strong exposure to HVAC systems and technical maintenance.

  • Proven hands-on experience managing HVAC equipment, chillers, air handling units, and related systems.

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and technical drawings.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to emergencies.
