This is a full-time on-site role located in Enugu State, Nigeria for a Sales Executive.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving property sales and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
This includes promoting and marketing properties, conducting property visits, negotiating and closing sales deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property industry
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Knowledge of the local property market and customer preferences
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
