Summary




  • This is a full-time on-site role located in Enugu State, Nigeria for a Sales Executive.

  • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving property sales and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

  • This includes promoting and marketing properties, conducting property visits, negotiating and closing sales deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property industry

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

  • Knowledge of the local property market and customer preferences
