About the Role
- The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of relevant work experience, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and compliance standards within the construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, inspection checklists, and quality documentation.
- Conduct routine inspections, material testing, and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and verify construction and engineering processes to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
- Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare quality reports, documentation, and progress summaries for management and clients.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent quality across all phases of the project.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO and company-specific quality systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 – 5 years experience in QA/QC roles within the construction, civil works, or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, material standards, and inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and other relevant quality frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
