About the Role




  • The ideal candidate will have 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in HSE management, ensuring compliance with local regulations, company standards, and international best practices to promote a safe and sustainable work environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, systems, and procedures across project sites.

  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure preventive measures.

  • Promote a strong safety culture through employee training, awareness programs, and engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (DPR, NESREA, ISO, OSHA, etc.) and company safety policies.

  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.

  • Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure readiness for workplace incidents.

  • Liaise with contractors, regulatory bodies, and project managers on all safety-related matters.

  • Maintain accurate HSE documentation and prepare periodic reports for management review.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.

  • 4 - 5 years proven experience in a similar HSE role (preferably within construction, oil & gas, or engineering projects).

  • Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001, or equivalent is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent knowledge of HSE regulations, audits, and risk management procedures.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

  • Ability to influence and drive compliance across all organizational levels.
