About the Role

Our client, a reputable construction and infrastructure company, is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of building and civil engineering projects, from initial estimates to final accounts — ensuring value for money while meeting quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost planning, and budget control throughout project life cycles.

  • Evaluate and certify contractor payments and variations.

  • Prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, including materials, labor, and time.

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure financial efficiency.

  • Manage contract administration and ensure compliance with procurement procedures.

  • Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

  • Prepare accurate progress reports and final accounts upon project completion.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Professional certification (NIQS, RICS, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction or infrastructure industry.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, CostX, or similar cost estimation tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.

  • Opportunity to work on impactful, large-scale projects.

  • Career development and professional growth support.

  • Collaborative and innovative work environment.
