The Night Auditor will be responsible for balancing daily revenue and expense transactions, ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts, and providing exceptional service to late-night guests.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced in hotel front desk operations using Opera PMS.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform night audit procedures to balance all hotel transactions.
Verify and post guest charges, payments, and room revenues accurately.
Reconcile daily reports and prepare management summaries.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor hotel safety and security during night hours.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Night Auditor or Front Desk Agent in a reputable hotel.
Proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS) is mandatory.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure.
Must be organized, reliable, and have attention to detail.
Flexibility to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
