Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate individual to join our training team as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) and CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Trainer at our Abuja Centre.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and hands-on training sessions in their respective areas of expertise.


• They will also support students in preparing for certification exams, practical projects, and career readiness in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions (both in-person and online) in line with approved curricula.


• Provide practical demonstrations, lab exercises, and hands-on experiences for students.


• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.


• Develop and update instructional materials, lesson plans, and course outlines.


• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and certification changes.


• Mentor and guide students to achieve certification and career goals.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MCSE or CCNA domains, with a solid understanding of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting.


• Relevant professional certifications (MCSE, CCNA) — required.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering IT training or working in a related technical field.


• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.


• Ability to manage both classroom and virtual learning environments effectively.


• Commitment to professional excellence and continuous improvement.


• Applicant must be at least 30 years old and must reside in Abuja.
