Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦400,000



Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will assist with sales operations, maintain accurate records, coordinate internal activities, and ensure seamless communication between departments and clients.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and client communication.

  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.

  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, events, and follow-ups.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while handling inquiries efficiently.

  • Prepare product information, quotations, and proposals for clients.

  • Collaborate with production, store, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.



Requirements:




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices (an advantage).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
