Key Responsibilities




  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Sales Executives and Business Development Managers.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the business goals.

  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key enterprise accounts.

  • Identify new market opportunities and support entry strategies into untapped sectors.

  • Track sales team performance, manage forecasting, and ensure pipeline health via CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.

  • Train and mentor the sales team to build a strong talent pipeline.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the ICT/Enterprise Solutions space, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in enterprise technology sales.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions and familiarity with SaaS and cloud business models.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM or Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Strategic thinker with operational rigor and a hands-on leadership style.
