As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you'll be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier talent globally. You'll manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, enhance our employer brand, and partner with hiring managers to pinpoint ideal candidates for both technical and non-technical positions. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual who is enthusiastic about people, technology, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.

  • Draft, post, and update job descriptions across internal and external platforms.

  • Manage candidate pipelines and scheduling across multiple time zones.

  • Support the coordination of interviews, feedback collection, and candidate communication.

  • Actively source top talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and tech communities.

  • Engage with passive candidates and build strong talent pools for recurring and future roles.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the tech talent market and emerging sourcing trends.

  • Represent the company’s culture and values in all candidate interactions.

  • Support employer branding initiatives such as social media campaigns, virtual career fairs, and global tech events.

  • Ensure a seamless, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

  • Maintain accurate and organized data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline quality.

  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a global or tech environment.

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates globally.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple time zones.

  • Passionate about technology, diversity hiring, and global talent trends.
