Description




  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting leasing and property management activities, and coordinating vendor and contractor relationships.

  • A successful candidate serves as the point of contact for all employees, tenants, agents, lawyers, and other LHS clients providing administrative support and solving their queries.



Key Responsibilities




  • Handle day-to-day administrative and operational functions.

  • Track and manage property lease agreements and tenant records.

  • Liaise with tenants, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and facility needs.

  • Support budgeting, expenditure tracking, and reporting.

  • Prepare operational and financial reports for management.

  • Conduct property and site visits when necessary.



Requirements




  • BSc / HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, or related fields

  • 3 - 5 years experience in real estate, property management, or business operations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-driven, reliable, and detail-oriented.
