Supports delivery of strategic projects within budget, time, and scope by driving research, insights, and cross-departmental collaboration to improve business processes and strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop internal OKRs and SLAs to uphold high performance standards.
Lead forward-looking research on industry trends, policies, competitors, and markets.
Produce strategic reports, white papers, and briefing notes with actionable insights.
Provide input on business planning, identifying growth opportunities and risks.
Oversee use of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and executive teams to embed insights in decision-making.
Use Canva/PowerPoint to design clear, visually engaging reports and strategy decks
Analyze government policies and sector programs for business implications.
Promote innovation and evidence-based planning through strategic foresight.
Deliver performance insights and benchmarking using existing tools.
Support teams in interpreting BI insights and applying them effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Strategic Management, Business, Development Studies, or Public Policy.
4 - 6 years experience in strategy, research, or business intelligence roles.
Proven ability to translate research into executive insights.
Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
