Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain excellent customer service standards and promptly handle guest inquiries or complaints.
Monitor staff performance, grooming, and adherence to fine dining service protocols.
Train, motivate, and support team members to enhance service quality.
Ensure table setups, dining areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and well-prepared.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Manage inventory of dining materials and report shortages promptly.
Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Prepare and submit daily operational and incident reports to management.
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
2 - 3 years experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
