Key Responsibilities




  • Design and implement operational strategies, plans, and procedures to drive growth and profitability across all business units.

  • Establish policies that promote company culture, vision, and high performance.

  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

  • Evaluate business performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

  • Participate in expansion activities such as investments, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.

  • Oversee operations of the subsidiaries and work closely with senior management to align with overall business objectives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and optimal resource utilization.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all business units to track performance and identify improvement areas.



Qualifications & Requirements




  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Chief Operations Officer or in a senior operations leadership role within a multi-industry environment.

  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead operational transformation initiatives.

  • Knowledge of real estate, construction, printing, IT, and manufacturing industries is an advantage.

  • Certification in operations management or a related field is desirable.
