Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement operational strategies, plans, and procedures to drive growth and profitability across all business units.
- Establish policies that promote company culture, vision, and high performance.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Evaluate business performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Participate in expansion activities such as investments, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
- Oversee operations of the subsidiaries and work closely with senior management to align with overall business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and optimal resource utilization.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all business units to track performance and identify improvement areas.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Chief Operations Officer or in a senior operations leadership role within a multi-industry environment.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead operational transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of real estate, construction, printing, IT, and manufacturing industries is an advantage.
- Certification in operations management or a related field is desirable.
