Key Responsibilities




  • Brand Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance Efficacy Development PLC’s visibility and reputation in the Lagos real estate market.

  • Marketing Strategy: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors across digital, social media, content, and traditional platforms.

  • Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing activities, including website management, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media engagement.

  • Content Creation: Lead the development of high-quality marketing materials such as blog posts, articles, videos, and visual content that educate and engage target audiences.

  • Property Marketing: Create compelling property listings with professional photography, videos, and virtual tours to effectively showcase company projects.

  • Event Planning: Organize and manage property launches, open houses, exhibitions, and other promotional events to generate market interest and drive sales.

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop impactful sales materials and tools that support lead conversion.

  • Market Research: Conduct continuous market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the Lagos real estate market.

  • Budget Management: Manage and monitor the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on all marketing initiatives.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications and Skills
