Your Role

• Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety.

• Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Report into the Operations Manager. 


• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime. 


• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities. 


• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Requirements

To succeed, you will need:

• University Degree in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.


• 3-5 years’ experience with CTS-related products such as overhaul/ repair of Compressors, Air dryers, Generators, and Lighting towers.


• Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, electrical systems, Elektronikon module knowledge and related components.


• Competent, Self-driven, results-oriented with a focus on high quality and business profit.


• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.


• Keen for new experiences and responsibility.
