Job Summary




  • As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients, management of key accounts, and development of strategic partnerships.

  • You will identify sales opportunities, prepare commercial proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective collaboration with internal teams.



Responsibilities




  • Prospect, generate, and close new business opportunities across assigned regions

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business

  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to potential clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized customer solutions

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets



Requirements




  • B.Sc. Degree / HND qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in elevator, real estate, construction, or equipment sales.

  • Proven track record in business development and deal closure.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently across regions.



Salary

N250,000 - N350,000 per month.
