Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Franchise Development Supervisor to support the expansion of VMAX Tea & Coffee through franchise partnerships. The role involves identifying potential franchisees, assisting in the onboarding process, and ensuring smooth store openings. Experience in QSR or beverage chain franchising is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential franchise partners.
- Assist in preparing franchise proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Coordinate franchise onboarding, including training, pre-opening inspections, and operational support.
- Monitor and report on franchise development progress and pipeline.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas for franchise expansion.
- Maintain strong relationships with franchisees to support successful store operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or sales, preferably in restaurant or café chains.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify strategic expansion opportunities.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in QSR chains such as KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, Chicken Republic is an advantage.
