Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee the company’s inventory, warehouse operations, and delivery logistics. This role ensures that all stores within the VMAX Tea & Coffee network receive timely, accurate, and high-quality supplies.

Candidates with prior experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), food & beverage, or retail chain logistics management — such as KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, Chicken Republic, or similar chains — are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and distribution.


• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules to ensure timely supply of raw materials, packaging, and equipment to all outlets.


• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock audits.


• Work with the Procurement Department to track incoming shipments and supplier deliveries.


• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of perishable and non-perishable goods.


• Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cleanliness.


• Supervise warehouse and delivery staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.


• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules for delivery vehicles.


• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, logistics performance, and loss prevention.


• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management (preferably in food service or retail).


• Prior experience in restaurant or beverage chain logistics such as KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, Chicken Republic, etc., is an added advantage.


• Strong understanding of inventory management software and stock tracking systems.


• Excellent leadership, organization, and time management skills.


• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.


• Valid driver’s license and familiarity with Lagos logistics routes preferred.
