Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Area / Regional Manager to oversee multiple VMAX Tea & Coffee outlets, ensuring consistent operational excellence, team performance, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple store operations within the quick service restaurant (QSR) or beverage retail industry.

Candidates with proven management experience at KFC, Burger King, Domino’s Pizza, Chicken Republic, or other reputable food chains will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple stores to ensure compliance with company standards for service, quality, and cleanliness.


• Lead, coach, and support Store Managers to achieve sales targets, control costs, and maintain customer satisfaction.


• Analyze store performance data and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.


• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.


• Coordinate with the Training and Quality Control teams to ensure consistent product quality and service standards.


• Supervise new store openings, ensuring readiness in staffing, inventory, and operations.


• Handle staff performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and development plans.


• Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.


• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-unit management within the restaurant, café, or QSR industry.


• Prior experience with well-known chains such as KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, Chicken Republic, Cold Stone, or similar is highly preferred.


• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.


• Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational performance.


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.


• Willingness to travel frequently between store locations.
