Responsible for generating and closing sales leads as well as we meet sales goals.
Responsible for managing incoming customer calls.
Assist customers with complaints and questions, provide customers with information about products and services as well as take orders, and process returns.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person.
Maintain a Strong understanding of the Company’s products and services.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field
Minimum of 1 year work experience in customer service and sales
