Job Description




  • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales performance through lead generation, client relationship management, and effective marketing of the company’s real estate products.

  • The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.



Key Responsibilties




  • Promote and sell the company’s real estate properties to prospective clients.

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.

  • Conduct property inspections, site visits, and presentations to clients.

  • Follow up on leads, manage client databases, and ensure prompt communication.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

  • Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and media teams to enhance brand visibility.



Requirements




  • Education: Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1 - 3 years relevant experience in sales, preferably in real estate, or investment sectors.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.



Required Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Good presentation and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
